Teaching
Private Tuition
I have 7 years experience offering private tuition, contracted through Blue Tutors where I have a 5 star rating. I have tutored GCSE English Language and Literature, A Level History, A Level Politics, A Level Philosophy, A Level English Literature, Oxford Entrance Exam (History Aptitude Test and interview preparation). I'm currently taking new students at A-Level, undergraduate and master's level, and am particularly interested in working with students with ADHD or who have found it difficult to thrive in a classroom environment. I am only able to offer tuition online.
small group and school teaching
I spent two summers between 2021 and 2022 teaching at Oxford Royale Academy. I delivered courses in Humanities and Classical Civilisations to groups of between five and fifteen students between the ages of fifteen to eighteen. I also taught history at a large secondary school for nine months and taught classes of students aged 11-19.
examination and marking
I was employed by the University of Oxford as an examiner for the History Aptitude Test for BA History applicants in the 2023 academic year.
